From Head 2 Toez Salon will accept returns for a full refund for up to 10 days from the date the merchandise is marked delivered by the delivery service company. For returns or exchanges, please include the product with packaging in its original condition for a full refund of amount paid, less shipping charges. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned/exchanged product. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from From Head 2 Toez Salon. Items sent as gifts from From Head 2 Toez Salon can only be returned by the original purchaser. All other gift orders can be exchanged by the recipient for a replacement of the same item in the event the item arrived damaged.

Free shipping is valid on orders more than $50 shipped to a single U.S. address after promotions and discounts are applied. Gift cards, packaging, and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.
